Returns:
Hey love, It didn’t work out? No problem, it happens!
CONDITIONS
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Sale items
- Accessories
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
 
All products must be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags attached
- Free from stains & scents.
Exchanges:
 Due to high turnover of stock ITEMS we do not offer exchanges at tHE MOMENT. You can purchase an item in a different color or size if it is still available.
Incorrect Address:
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your GOODIES. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we CANNOT refund your purchase or replace the ITEMS.
Return to Sender:
If your parcel is automatically returned to US by the postal service, our team will contact you to arrange redelivery when WE receive it. Please note THAT we are unable to offer a refund for a return to sender parcel.
Customer Pick-Up:
As we are an online store, unfortunately we are unable to offer pick-up or viewing prior to purchasing. BUTTTT... If you urgently need your order, please email us and we can schedule a pick-up time.
Faults | Damaged Goods:

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via EMAIL with faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

 

NEVERTHELESS,

BRUJULA DESIGN does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear, IN ADDITION TO POSTAL SERVICE DAMAGES. WE RESERVE the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.

 

If an item is deTERMINED as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item OF THE SAME PRICE or a FULL refund / gift certificate.
